DevelopmentThe Konglungen way from first rally to stronger match habits.
Just starting out, or playing occasionally. Technique and ball control vary considerably. With regular training and coaching the beginner phase typically lasts 6–12 months. Softer balls are recommended for a better sense of mastery.
NTRP 1.5 · UTR 0You can rally a little and keep the ball in play from time to time, but consistency is still fragile. You are building timing, spacing and basic swing patterns.
NTRP 2.0 · UTR 0–1You are able to rally with moderate pace, understand the main rules and start to shape points with direction and height. Matches are becoming real tennis.
NTRP 2.5–3.0 · UTR 1–2.5You move better, control rallies more often and can use depth, spin and direction intentionally. This is where structured coaching pays off quickly.
NTRP 3.5 · UTR 2.5–4.5You are among the best in the club and have competed at regional or national level for years. When in rhythm, you play at the absolute top standard of the club.
NTRP 4.5–5.5 · UTR 6–11High-level match player with advanced movement, anticipation, tactical flexibility and reliable execution under pressure.
NTRP 5.5+ · UTR 11+The point of level is not status. It is finding the right challenge.

The fastest jumps usually come from clearer mechanics, better footwork and smarter repetition. That is where the coaching page connects directly to this one.
A player does not improve only because they play more. They improve because they learn better. That is the thread into the development system.
Book a session, get seen properly, and we will help place you at the level that makes the most sense for your tennis right now.
