The Players Directory is a voluntary feature for members who wish to be visible to other players in the club.

You are not published automatically.
You decide if — and when — your profile becomes visible.

How it works

1. Create an account or log in
   Use your email address. No usernames.
2. Complete your profile
   Add your playing level and contact details as you prefer.
3. Select “Publish”
   Only then will your profile appear in the Players Directory.

You can at any time:

• Update your information
• Hide your profile again
• Delete your account

Privacy and control

The Players Directory is opt-in.
This means:

• You remain invisible until you choose to be published
• Your information is used only within the club
• No data is shared with third parties
