Exterior cladding (372 linear metres of boards), wind barrier, roofing, windows and sliding doors installed.

Electrical connection from the garage. Water supply from the court tap. Interior fit-out and final completion.

Construction method — from sill to roof

Three connection points define the structure: floor to wall, wall to wall, and wall to roof.

Method: Sill beam and nails/screws. Sill membrane between concrete and bottom plate.
