Detaljert byggeplan for klubbhus
Detailed plan
for the clubhouse
The club plans to build a clubhouse at the facility to improve amenities, including a toilet and shelter from the weather. The plan will be reviewed by the landowner and architect before construction begins.
Overall timeline
From groundwork to finished clubhouse — four months of structured progress.
Groundwork and foundation
Excavation of pillar holes to a depth of at least 80–100 cm. Pouring of 14 concrete pillars. Anchoring with threaded rods.
Walls and roof structure
Erection of wall framing, installation of top plates, and roof construction with the correct pitch for drainage.
Cladding, insulation and interior panels
Exterior cladding (372 linear metres of boards), wind barrier, roofing, windows and sliding doors installed.
Final completion and interior fit-out
Electrical connection from the garage. Water supply from the court tap. Interior fit-out and final completion.
Foundation og pilarer
14 concrete pillars in a strategic grid pattern ensure even load distribution and a stable base for the entire structure.

Placement of 14 concrete pillars — 6×5 m footprint
Construction method — from sill to roof
Three connection points define the structure: floor to wall, wall to wall, and wall to roof.
Floor to walls
Method: Sill beam and nails/screws. Sill membrane between concrete and bottom plate.
- Bottom plate 48×98 mm or 48×148 mm
- Threaded rods and washers for anchoring
- Long screws or nails 90–120 mm
- Nail plates at joints
Wall to wall (corners)
Method: Overlapping corners + angle brackets.
- Wall framing 48×98 mm or 48×148 mm
- Angle brackets — cheaper than long screws
- Galvanised nails 75–90 mm
- Nail plates for extra strength
Wall to roof structure
Method: Top plate + angled screws. Pitch: 20–30 cm per metre of roof width.
- Top plate 48×98 mm or 48×148 mm
- Wood screws 120 mm or nails
- Roof joist spacing approx. 60 cm
- Gutters and downpipes on the lowest side
